Question by Sunshine: Flying someplace and camping, materials listing…please support!?
A good friend and I are flying to St. Louis from Denver for a three day songs festival. We had been intended to be camping in a camper with her boyfriend, nonetheless he broke up with her. So, we want to camp. What do we require to get and what can we take considering that we are flying. Like a listing of what we will need to have damaged down into what we have to consider on the plane and what we can get the moment we get there would be Amazing!! Thank you so much!
We are heading to Summercamp, anybody else heading?!

That truly sucks about the breakup. With the excess weight and baggage restrictions on planes now I would initial locate out the additional price for all that gear. A dufflebag would help to pack your sleeping bag and outfits in. You can dress in your jacket on board. You’ll want a flashlight minumum, a modest cooking stove, and dishes. Sound discouraging nevertheless? Just watch the fat restrictions.
I am frightened to say, You might find it price prohibitive to get the trip.

Query by al819604: need assist obtaining started off collecting camping devices?
My fiance and I are registering on Amazon.com for our wedding ceremony due to the fact we want to build some a provide of camping gear. It’s me, him, and our 4 year old. We require a tent, coleman stove, you title it. I just do not know in which to begin. I want to get top quality things so any assistance would be appreciated to get started out. We almost certainly will largely do “vehicle camping” to begin, in which you park proper in the vicinity of your camp internet site. If a person has a checklist of things I could register for, that would be fantastic. I bear in mind my mother taking us all the time when we ended up minor, and this is a tradition I would like to carry on. We actually need aid on selecting the correct coleman stove and a tent! We almost certainly will register for cots as well. ( a luxury I didn’t have as a kid. ha ha.

A huge air bed is far better than a cot by far. A little (3-4 guy) double wall, free standing dome form tent (with a complete fly that reaches the ground, none of those small very small flies just on the tip) for sleeping only, and a larger display tent to go about or in the vicinity of the picnic table, wherever you will spend a lot of time, would be great. Folding chairs are sturdier than individuals fold up chairs if you have room to pack them. You are going to want a good thick cooler, and two burner Coleman stove, and respectable sleeping bags, not cotton but 100% synthetic. Constantly get the smallest, least fancy item, you might will need, not the most complex, but the most traditional and not the most significant and most costly.
Coleman stoves and coolers are excellent but tents and sleeping bags are not their forte. A better wager would be to register at REI.
This air bed will fit into this tent:
